Morning Mist will in no way give out, share or sell your personal information to a third party for any reason without your explicit consent.

Morning Mist will not give out your email address to a third party for solicitation. All information other than your email address and your name is discarded after ten days following a completed sales transaction. The name and email address are kept to keep you, our customer, up-to-date regarding new products and services, and to distribute our twice yearly newsletter.

The reason Morning Mist keeps your financial and shipping information for the aforementioned ten days is consistent with our return policy. Please take note, all returns or notice of return of product must reach Morning Mist within ten days of the sale. If your item is refunded, the account information is needed to facilitate a credit to the account you used for payment of product or service. Therefore, your personal information is not kept after the return period nor will any third party have access to it.
